Permitted use includes submitting vacancies by verified corporate entities, applying for openings as a prospective candidate, and accessing associated recruitment resources. Any unauthorized use of the platform, including automated scraping of job listings or submission of fraudulent information, is strictly prohibited.
3. Candidate Background Screening Disclaimers
Zytrix Solutions Inc. conducts thorough background checks, referencing, and credential verification on prospective candidates prior to formal placement. By submitting an application, candidates explicitly acknowledge and consent to these screening procedures. Employers understand that while we strive for absolute accuracy, Zytrix does not serve as a guarantor of employee performance.
4. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Zytrix Solutions Inc., nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service or employment placements.
